NEWS AND NOTES
THE CHURCH COUNCIL will be recommending at the annual
meeting replacing the current “Associate Membership” classification with a
“Heritage Membership” classification which states: Heritage
Member – members who do not attend Turpin Mennonite Church on a regular basis,
but desire to maintain a connection with the church because they value the
Anabaptist/Mennonite heritage. These
members do not vote and are not included in the member count. Heritage Member status can be change to full
membership at any time upon request and regular attendance.
THE PANHANDLE COMMUNITY CORALE invites interested
singers to join them with the Oklahoma Panhandle State University Choir in
singing the Easter masterwork, Requiem,
by composer John Rutter, on April 21st, at
OPSU. See bulletin board for rehearsal
information. Music scores available for
$8 at the OPSU bookstore.
2012 JANITOR CLEANING SCHEDULE SHEET is posted on the
mailroom bulletin board. Please sign up
